Spring! Finally! I've noticed whenever we have a mild winter, it hangs around, and hangs around, and hangs around. My weather app tells me the cold days are over, though, so, hooray! (And, in a few months, I'll be looking forward to the cooler weather. You can't please me. I know. It's annoying.) The kids had … Continue reading What I Did on My Spring Break…

Finished and Unfinished
Okay. It's been a while, and because of that, there is a lot to share. These are not in any particular order. I'm currently working on the last item pictured. It's a star stitch scarf I'm making for Mags to go with her Chance of Flurries hat I finished last week. That goofy looking lady … Continue reading Finished and Unfinished
A Summary of the Last Several Months
I can sum up the last several months (okay, it's been closer to a year since I've posted) with one word: Marceline. She was born in December. Saying life has been crazy ever since is not accurate. It was crazy to begin with. She's the fourth and last child--I do not plan on having anymore. There … Continue reading A Summary of the Last Several Months

I took a picture, but won't post it until their recipient gets them! 😉 I'm very happy with them, though, especially since I used some techniques new to me. (You'll see.) … Continue reading Although I’ve Been Quiet
It’s Done!

One FINISHED Project, One Almost Finished and One Just Started

It was a fairly easy pattern, and, although I'm not a huge fan of pastels, I ended up liking how the blanket turned out. Now, I'm working on another … Continue reading One FINISHED Project, One Almost Finished and One Just Started
It’s Almost Done!
If I weren't pregnant, I'd pop some champagne because the Four by Four quilt is almost DONE! 🙂 The only thing left to do is the arduous task of hand stitching the binding in the back. And, of course, a run through the washer. (I can't believe how badly I want to wash this quilt!)
